Thai Air Asia History

Thai Air Asia was established by the Shin Corporation on December the 8th, 2003, in partnership with the larger Malaysian-owned low-budget airline, Air Asia. The goal of Air Asia is to offer low fare no frills flights that are cheap enough to allow everyone to fly. Thai Air Asia operates 60 Airbus aircraft. By focusing on less aircraft types, costs for training & spare parts can be reduced. This helps keep air fares low. Thai Air Asia currently flies to domestic and international destinations across the Asia-Pacific region.
